These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kalvio application . By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Kalvio is a health and nutrition app offering AI-powered food scanning, calorie/macro tracking, weight tracking, and water intake tracking.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Kalvio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie and nutrition calculations in the App are estimates. Consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet or health.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Kalvio Premium is an auto-renewing subscription service. • At the end of the free trial, unless cancelled, you will be automatically charged for your selected plan (monthly/yearly). • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. • Unused portions of a free trial or subscription period are non-refundable upon cancellation (subject to Apple's refund policies).

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information. • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or outside its intended use.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's content, design, and software belong to Kalvio and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kalvio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. The service is provided "as is."

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified in-app of material changes.
